Man sentenced for 2015 car chase

Thee man responsible for a 2015 car chase that ended in a twisted wreck in the middle of downtown Saskatoon was sentenced Friday.
 
Bradley Derek Vestby, 36, was arrested Jan. 10, 2015 after leading police on a 35-minute long car chase throughout the city.

Cam Broten resigns as leader of Sask NDP

Cam Broten announced Monday that he is stepping down as leader of the Saskatchewan NDP

​In a statement made to media at a playground in his neighbourhood in Saskatoon, Broten acknowledged that the party didn't achieve the results he had hoped for in the provincial election.

'Won't be disheartened': NDP leader issues statement on election results

Saskatchewan New Democrats are picking up the pieces after failing to make big gains in the 2016 election.

“The overall results of this election are disappointing,” NDP leader Cam Broten said in a statement Tuesday.  

“But New Democrats won’t be disheartened for long.”
