RCMP busy with several incidents

The Battleford RCMP was kept busy on Monday with a rash of minor disturbances.

In total, police responded to 30 calls for service. One report of note was an investigation into a two-month long use of a fraudulent credit card at businesses in town.

In an unrelated file, police are appealing to the public for information on a driver of a late model Pontiac Grand Am believed to be shooting firecrackers out of the vehicle in a parking lot of Territorial Drive.

Police are also investigating the overnight theft of a 2014 Ford F250 crew cab with licence plate 290 KGH reported stolen from the 100 block of 28th St. W. in Battleford.
