Fifth person reported missing in two days; three found

Police are seeking the public’s assistance in finding another missing person — the fifth in two days.

Battleford’s RCMP are currently seeking help in locating Sharmaine Kay, 26 who was reported missing over the past weekend. 

Kay was last seen in the area of 98th Street in North Battleford some time in the early morning hours of Friday, Jan. 6.  

She also frequents Saskatoon.

Battleford’s RCMP have been kept busy this weekend searching for missing people. So far this weekend, police have sent out five notifications of missing people in the region. Three of those people have been found: Terri Fox, 14; Steven Garnet Berg, 38 and Kelly Kara Konchinew, 39.

Police are still seeking Kay, as well as Alyssa Smith, 20.

Smith was last seen three days ago. She was reported missing from the 600 block of 100 St. in North Battleford.

She is described as 5’9”, medium build with brown hair and brown eyes.
