RCMP on the hunt for man escaped from custody

The RCMP is now on the hunt for a man who escaped lawful custody.
 
Michael Montgrand, 26, appeared at Turnor Lake Provincial Court Wednesday morning but managed to evade officials shortly thereafter.
 
The RCMP could not provide any details regarding how he escaped or what charges he was facing.
 
Montgrand is a First Nations male, 5’10” and weighs approximately 200 to 220 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, grey pants and black shoes.
