Riders’ win against Redblacks draws almost 1 million viewers

Despite having been on a bit of a losing streak, a huge number of people tuned in to watch the Saskatchewan Roughriders break it on Friday.

According to the CFL, 946,000 Canadians watched the Riders take on the Redblacks at Mosaic Stadium. The Riders beat Ottawa 30-29 with a last-minute field goal.

It’s the most-watched CFL game of the season thus far.
