WDM invites all the Lords and Ladies for a trip back to Medieval times

Anyone wishing to experience a time before cutlery, or who already eats that way and wants to have dinner in public without being judged, will be interested in the Western Development Museum’s (WDM) Medieval Feast.

In just under two months the Battlefords will be filled with athletes competing in sports like snowboarding, hockey and curling along with droves of sports fans for the 2018 Saskatchewan Winter Games.

Sask Winter Games begins final push for volunteers

The Saskatchewan Winter Games are just over a month away and organizers are entering their final push as hundreds of volunteers are still needed.

North Battleford's Robyn Silvernagle feels that despite Sunday's loss to Sherry Anderson in the final of the Viterra's Scotties Tournament of Hearts, her team will learn and grow from the experience of making the provincial curling final two years in a row.

He’s been the voice of CJNB for nearly half a century, and now as Doug Harrison signs off the air for the last time today, he is described as a caring husband, a passionate father and a consummate professional by those close to him.
