While reaction to yesterday’s provincial budget has been mixed, a local member of the provincial NDP executive feels the budget fell far short of addressing many issues the province is facing.

North Battleford students in the BEATS Encounter program had an opportunity to learn how to make a movie during a visit from professional stuntman Lauro Chartrand Tuesday.

There will be plenty of new faces around the table when the North West College's board of governors hold their next meeting, as three new members and a new chair were recently appointed by the Government of Saskatchewan.

The City of North Battleford has joined with Battlefords Agency Tribal Chiefs (BATC), becoming the first municipal community/First Nations Tribal Chiefs partnership in Canada to develop a joint Indigenous employment strategy.
