Snowed in Comedy Tour brings laughs to Dekker Centre

For the past 10 years, the Snowed in Comedy Tour has grown into one of the largest comedy tours in Canada playing to sellout venues from coast to coast.

Athletes make the grade in relay races at Games

It was another good day for those competing in cross-country skiing in the Saskatchewan Winter Games Saturday.

More than 60 youth and a few Para-Nordic athletes participated in the races at Blue Mountain, near North Battleford.

Plenty of young winners in cross-country skiing at games Friday

It was a perfect day for the Saskatchewan Winter Games athletes competing in cross-country skiing Friday.

 A total of 64 male and female athletes took part in the event at Blue Mountain Adventure Park near North Battleford.

Youth show skills, artistry in figure-skating competitions

Young figure skaters took centre stage Thursday afternoon to show their skills on the ice on the fourth day of the Saskatchewan Winter Games competitions in North Battleford.

Day of highs and lows for young gymnasts at games

It was a day of emotional highs and lows for young athletes vying in the final round of artistic gymnastics competitions on Wednesday.

Parents filled the stands cheering on their kids taking part in the events as part of the Saskatchewan Winter Games in North Battleford.

Renowned Canadian sculptor Joe Fafard showcases passion for rural life

A passion for life on the farm in all its detail has guided renowned Canadian sculptor Joe Fafard's work for much of his life. 

The celebrated artist from rural Saskatchewan was fêted at a special reception for his show "Retailles" at The Chapel Gallery, Thursday night.
