Prairie North Health Region is offering Live Well With Chronic Conditions programs in the following communities.
This program provides practical suggestions and support to build confidence in coping with the everyday challenges of a chronic condition. Groups of approximately12 participants are led by two trained Peer Leaders and meet for 2½ hours, once per week, for six consecutive weeks. There is no cost for this program and it is offered year-round in various communities.

In North Battleford, sessions will be at the Primary Health Centre – Conference Room #2 on Wednesdays from February 24 – March 30/16 from 1:30 – 4:00 pm.
