Jan 23, 2016 | 12:13 PM

Are you looking to become part of a group that strives towards helping others?

Do you want to give back to your community but don’t know how?

Are you a High School student looking to fulfill your volunteer hours for course credit? I

f so, then we might be just what you are looking for!

Every year, the Battlefords ECIP program looks for and depends on volunteers just like you – caring, concerned and eager individuals willing to give up some of your time to help others. We are always looking for people to help with such activities as our Family Christmas Supper and Summer Family Barbecue (cooking and serving, entertaining young children, handing out treat bags and gifts to children on our case load and their families), assisting with fundraising (selling tickets, manning ticket tables at the malls, etc.) and putting together Developmental Bags for young parents and their new-born children. There are all kinds of ways in which a person can volunteer some time with our program.
