As the On Air for Health Care Radiothon rolls along more and more stories are being shared about how beneficial the new ears, nose and throat (ENT) department will be to the Battlefords and surrounding area.

Radiothon for ENT just hours away

The second annual On the Air for Health Care Radiothon is just hours away and everyone at the Battlefords Union Hospital (BUH) is beyond excited for this year’s event.

The dolls have a new house.

The fast growing collection of the Battlefords Allied Arts Council has moved from its former location in the North Battleford Public Library to the Chapel Building in the Don Ross Centre.

As the temperature skyrockets this spring and summer, local RCMP and the Battlefords Humane Society remind residents that you should never leave your pet in a hot vehicle without cool air circulating, even if it's just for five minutes.

Wishing well sponsor officially recognized

It was a long time coming, however the Battlefords Union Hospital (BUH) and Scott Campbell Dodge finally unveiled their new fundraising wishing well last week that replaced the well that was stolen from the lobby of the hospital in late November.
