His reindeer are resting for Christmas Eve but that didn’t stop Santa from swinging by the construction site of the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital for a special delivery.

Multiple injuries following plane crash in Fond du Lac

A fixed-wing plane carrying 22 passengers and three crew members crashed shortly after take-off from the Fond du Lac Airport Wednesday evening, according to RCMP.

The ATR-42 belonged to West Wind Aviation and was bound for Stoney Rapids, according to the company.

Government commits $100K to help scorched farmers

Saskatchewan farmers impacted by wildfires in October, are receiving some good news.
 
The Government of Saskatchewan announced on Thursday it will donate up to $100,000 in matching cash donations to the Saskatchewan Stock Growers Association Wildfire Relief Fund.
