Local Catholic school division hopeful ruling will be overturned

The Light of Christ Catholic School Division is hopeful the province is successful in contesting a recent Yorkton court ruling that would prevent the province of Saskatchewan from funding non-Catholic pupils who are attending Catholic schools.

Citizens on Patrol volunteers help keep community safe

Driving around the streets of the Battlefords late into the evening, the local Battlefords Citizens on Patrol volunteers quietly keep watch, doing their part to help the community stay safe from crime.
