BattlefordsNOW predicts Falk the winner in by-election

While the final numbers are not in yet, based on the latest numbers trending, battlefordsNOW is predicting Conservative candidate Rosemarie Falk will be the winner in the Battlefords-Lloydminster byelection tonight.
When reached in Lloydminster with her campaign supporters a few minutes ago, Falk was feeling positive, describing the experience as “surreal.”
“I think by going everywhere we could in the riding we were very busy,” she said. “We have a very big riding and we have a lot of rural people also involved in our riding. We’ve been trying to travel the majority of our riding, and we’ve been listening to the people and what they have to say, and reasuring them that I am here to serve them I think has helped.”
“Until every ballot is counted then we know for sure,” she added. “It’s good. It’s a surreal feeling.”
