It’s official: Kevin Glenn will not be playing in the Riders game against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats Friday evening.

The club announced Brandon Bridge will be starting in place of the injured Glenn.

Glenn suffered a hand injury in the Banjo Bowl against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers on Sept. 9.

Bridge has completed 13 of 20 pass attempts while throwing three touchdowns and one interception.

Glenn was having one of the best 10-game stretches in his 17 year CFL career before he suffered the injury, completing 241 of 343 passes for 21 touchdowns and 10 interceptions.

The Riders have a 5-5 record and are sitting in last place in the CFL’s West Division.

The Ticats have a 2-8 record and are fourth place in the east.

Bridge tosses 3 touchdowns in 27-19 victory over Ticats
