R.M. looking for owner of stray horses

Jul 6, 2017 | 5:00 PM

Members of a rural community North of North Battleford are looking for help after finding a group of horses wandering around loose in a farmer’s field.

Christina Moore, administrator for the Rural Municipality of Round Hill, near Rabbit Lake, North of North Battleford, is asking the owner of the 29 horses to contact the R.M.

She doesn’t know where the horses came from or how they happened to arrive in the area, but only said they appeared to be in good condition and looked like they belonged to someone.

“One of them had a halter on, so they must be someone’s horses,” Moore said.
