Makwa Sahgaiehcan First Nation man charged with first degree murder

RCMP have arrested a Makwa Sahgaiehcan First Nation man and charged him with first degree murder.
On Tuesday, Dec. 20, Pierceland RCMP found the body of 28-year-old Jordan Sandfly on the Big Island Lake Cree Nation. Today, Dec. 22, police announced 32-year-old Anthony Mitsuing was arrested for Sandfly’s death.
Mitsuing is set to appear in Loon Lake Provincial Court today, Dec. 22.
In a news release an RCMP spokesperson said the two men were known to each other and there are no other suspects.
