The Saskatchewan Roughriders have added two international quarterbacks to their roster.

G.J. Kinne, 27, joins the Riders after spending the last four seasons in the NFL. The 6’2″, 218 lbs Texas product originally signed with the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent in April, 2012. He then spent some time on the Philadelphia Eagles practice squad.

Last season, Kinne played in three preseason games for the Eagles. He went on to sign with the New York Giants practice squad where he remained for the season.

Before turning pro, the 27-year-old spent three seasons at the University of Tulsa. In 38 games he completed 732 of 1,195 pass attempts (61.3 per cent) for 9,472 yards and 81 touchdowns.
