Late-night house fire under investigation

The occupants of a house near Battlefords Union Hospital were able to escape a late night fire without injury.
North Battleford Fire Department, RCMP, and WPD Ambulance were called at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 21, to a house on the 1100 block of 108th St. which had been divided into a multi-family dwelling. Firefighters were able to quickly contain the blaze to the suite on the main floor.
The fire department spent nearly 90 minutes at the scene. The RCMP continue to investigate.
