Watering schedule now in effect for North Battleford

Residents of North Battleford with plans to water their lawns need to be mindful of their house number and the date as the odd-even watering schedule is now in effect.
Residents and businesses whose address numbers end in an even number can water their yards on even-numbered days, while those whose house or business address ends in an odd number can water on odd-numbered days.
The announcement from the city aims to help conserve water amidst hot and dry temperatures sweeping across the province and also reducing the strain on the water supply by cutting the water consumption rates per day in half.
