Two men were taken to hospital early Friday morning after being shot inside the Pump Roadhouse on Victoria Avenue.

Police say they were called to a location on the block at 1:10 a.m. for reports of shots being fired inside. Officers found two men "with injuries described as serious" from "gunshot wounds".

A girl who was on the dance floor when the shooting happened told News Talk Radio that she heard six or seven shots.

She described blood on the walls and floor, as well as broken glass. She even saw a bullet hole in the wall.

The girl hid behind a TV as people began screaming and pushing each other around.

Paramedics took the two men to hospital. Police haven't said anything more about their condition, or what happened in the bar.
