Prime Minister Trudeau visiting Saskatchewan Tuesday

The Prime Minister is in Saskatchewan Tuesday and Wednesday.

Justin Trudeau arrives in Fort Qu'Appelle late Tuesday afternoon.

He will first learn more about the work of Qu'Appelle Haven, a 24-hour safe shelter for abused women and children.

From there, Trudeau will meet with the tribal council's 11 chiefs and council at the Treaty 4 Governance Centre.

It is expected the prime minister will be make an announcement in that building's tipi room Tuesday evening.

Trudeau will meet with Premier Brad Wall in Saskatoon Wednesday.
