No decision if accused La Loche shooter to be tried as adult
The court case of the 18-year-old accused La Loche shooter was adjourned after an appearance in La Loche.
The Crown served notice they would like to try the accused as an adult, but a decision has yet to be reached.
He will next appear in La Loche court on June 6 at 1:30 p.m. via video.
The teen, who can’t be named due to the Youth Criminal Justice Act, is charged with four counts of murder, seven counts of attempted murder, and the unauthorized possession of a firearm.
